Namshi
A bilingual fashion and beauty store for shoppers across the Gulf
Namshi sells clothing, shoes, beauty and homeware from thousands of brands, with English and Arabic versions and separate storefronts for six Gulf countries.

The business
Namshi is an online fashion retailer serving Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The Saudi English storefront carries international labels such as Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger and H&M next to regional and modest-wear brands, including abayas and jalabiyas.
A strip at the top of every page sets out the service promises shoppers in the region look for: cash on delivery, fast delivery, and free returns and exchanges.
What's on the site
The main navigation covers Women, Men, Kids, Fashion, Sports, Beauty, Outlet, Premium and Home, and each department opens onto shop-by-category, shop-by-edit and top-brand panels. A language link switches the store into Arabic, and the footer lists the other country sites.
Category pages are built for large ranges. Shoppers see a running count of results, a sort menu and an All Filters panel with a long brand list that shows how many items each label has. Discounts appear as red percentage badges on product cards, and the store also points visitors to its mobile app.
Why React
A catalogue this size lives or dies on its listing pages. With React, the product grid, filters and badges are reusable components, so picking a brand or changing the sort order updates the grid in place instead of reloading the whole page.
The storefront runs on Next.js, which lets the same components render on the server for fast first loads and search visibility, then behave like an app as people browse. A component approach also suits a bilingual store, where one set of building blocks has to work in both left-to-right English and right-to-left Arabic.
