Not based in the UK, and upfront about it
We're not based in the UK, and we'd rather you knew that before the first call. Every project runs over video calls, email and a shared project board, with the same small team from the first conversation to launch. Designs are reviewed on screen-share, and a staging link lets you see work in progress whenever it suits you.
Working days that overlap
India is four and a half hours ahead of the UK in summer (BST) and five and a half hours ahead in winter (GMT), so our working day covers your morning and lunchtime. That is when we book calls, demos and reviews in UK business hours. Messages you send in the afternoon usually have a written reply waiting when your next working day starts.
UK GDPR, PECR and accessibility
Most UK businesses handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. PECR covers cookies and electronic marketing: it asks for consent before cookies that aren't strictly necessary are set, and before most marketing emails and texts are sent to individuals. The Equality Act 2010 expects services offered to the public, websites and apps included, to be usable by disabled people. We build for all three: clear privacy notices, a cookie banner that holds back non-essential cookies until visitors agree, unticked marketing opt-ins, and pages designed and tested against WCAG 2.2 AA. We don't give legal advice or certify compliance; your solicitor or data protection adviser confirms what applies to you.

Are you based in the UK?
No. We work with UK businesses remotely from our head office in Mohali, India. You get one named contact, calls in UK business hours and written progress notes, so being in a different country doesn't hold the project up.
What time are your calls?
We book calls, demos and reviews in UK business hours, usually in your morning or around lunchtime UK time (GMT/BST), when our working day overlaps with yours. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland share one time zone, so the same slots work wherever you are.
Will you quote in pounds sterling?
Yes. UK proposals are priced in pounds sterling, with the scope, timeline and payment stages written down and agreed before any work begins.
Will you sign our NDA, and who owns the work?
We're happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential. When the final invoice is settled, ownership of the designs, content and custom code we created passes to your business.
