What to expect.
Prototype first, then build
We map the screens and flows with you and build a clickable prototype you can put in front of customers or staff. Once you're happy with how it works, the written proposal sets out scope, timeline and cost in Australian dollars.
Flutter, React Native or native
One shared codebase in Flutter or React Native keeps the iPhone and Android apps in step and suits most projects. If your app relies on the camera, Bluetooth, background location or other demanding device features, we may recommend native Swift and Kotlin instead, and explain why.
Privacy the app stores look for
Apple and Google both ask what data an app collects and why. We collect only what the app needs, write plain permission prompts, help you fill in the store privacy details and keep keys and accounts in your company's name. Your privacy policy wording, and how it fits the Australian Privacy Principles, stays with you and your adviser.

Whose developer account is the app published on?
Yours. We publish through your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the listing, reviews and download figures belong to your business from day one.
Do we get a prototype before you build?
Yes. A clickable prototype comes first, so you can test the flow with real users and change direction cheaply before development starts.
How do you handle the time difference during the build?
We book demos and reviews in Sydney time (AEST/AEDT), share test builds you can install on your own phone, and send written progress notes so you can reply in your own time.
Can the app include AI features?
Yes. In-app chat assistants, smarter search, recommendations and reading text from photos of documents are common additions, chosen for what your users actually need.
